Includes 2 special wing-nut hose clamps for stanchions (no tools required), and 4 pairs of stainless #8 machine screws (1/2-inch) and lock nuts.

Works as intended and price is reasonable. The bracket is a bit clumsy to connect to the mounting pole with four bolts and nuts in such tight proximity but with some patience it gets it done.
