Shipping address for our Service Dept. can be provided on request.  Any shipping loss or damage is your responsibiltity until your package arrives, so it is important to pack the Wind Instrument carefully.  If your Wind Instrument has a blue cap for the off-switch it is best to hold the blue cap on with scotch tape, so that it doesn’t come off in transit and flatten the battery.  Using tracking and insurance is recommended.

Please indicate in the documentation that this is “Repair and return, not a commercial purchase”.  That avoids inappropriate sales tax and customs duties being charged.  We cannot accept deliveries with those types of incorrect delivery fees.

If shipping from the US, we cannot accept shipments by UPS which has hidden fees for their customs brokerage.  Air mail is recommended, or shipment by Air courier (not Ground).
